
You can't create a new email account through Sky as we no longer offer this service. If your emails have stopped working on your device, remove your Sky Yahoo Mail account and add the account again following the steps below. If you get this error: " Uh-oh.We can't recover your account online because there are no other options on file for your account." Don't worry, just select Start again. Note: You can have only one signature per account.

To sync your new Sky iD password with your email apps, follow this link to Unlock your emails. Under Email signature, type your signature and use the available formatting options to change its appearance. Please note: If you used a unique app password to set up emails on your device, you don’t need to update your password.

If you change your Sky iD password, remember to update your email app with your new password, using the instructions below. You can still sign in to your emails through sky.com.

If you access your emails on your device using an email app, like Outlook or Apple Mail, we recommend you update to the latest version of the app.
